Guatemala Joya 340g

This bean comes from the famous Huehuetenango region of Guatemala, which borders Mexico. The Huehuetenango region is situated in the highest non-volcanic mountain range in Central America. Guatemala Joya beans are produced on small farms by dedicated farmers who have been harvesting coffee for many genrations using sustainable farming practices. The coffee is shade grown in a rainforest environment meaning that it's slower to ripen resulting in more complex and flavorful coffee. 
 
Tasting Notes: Caramel, chocolate and a hint of plum  
 
Process: Washed
 
This is a light/medium roast that tastes great as a pour over or in a regular coffee maker. Other roast levels (Medium or Dark) available upon request.
